Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- This role will support capital projects as a scheduler, primarily using Primavera P6.
- Manage and maintain schedules for a portfolio of capital projects, attend project calls, create new schedules, update existing schedules, respond to schedule-related questions, and act as the scheduling subject matter expert (SME) for assigned projects.
- The role supports projects up to approximately $15M in budget.
- Update and maintain schedules in Primavera P6
- Attend project meetings and project calls
- Incorporate updates and changes discussed in meetings into schedules
- Create new schedules and manage a portfolio of projects
- Answer schedule-related questions from project teams
- Review QA/QC scheduling reports
- Communicate schedule impacts and changes to stakeholders
- The scheduler supports multiple project teams and collaborates closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative. The scheduler will work closely with project teams and serve as a scheduling SME but is responsible for managing their own workload and deliverables. No direct supervision responsibilities.
- Exposure to large capital projects
- Dedicated scheduling role using Primavera P6
- Collaborative project environment
- Shift: Shift: Monday-Friday Hybrid Tues-Thurs Standard 40 hours per week
- Primavera P6 scheduling experience (minimum 5 years required)
- Preference for 10 years overall scheduling experience
- Capital project scheduling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organization and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and related tools)
- Comfortable leading meetings with 15-20 people
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to adapt and pivot as project conditions change
- Collaboration across multiple teams
- Business Objects experience (nice to have)
- Utility industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Construction scheduling experience
