About your role:
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties, including receiving and tracking all materials for the assigned project site.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Maintains the inventory of delivered items by regularly identifying, labeling, and placing received materials in stock.
- Conducts a visual inspection and hand check on delivered equipment, instruments, specialty items, Pipe, Value, Fittings (PVF) and all other related project materials.
- Identifies and resolves shortages as well as damages.
- Completes daily receiving reports describing what was received and achieved for the day.
- Completes and populates consumed materials to reflect on the consumption tracker.
- Prepares instruments and materials readily available to contractors.
- Acquires and documents all Material Test Reports (MTRs), Certificates of Compliance (COCs) and Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manuals (IOMs).
- Scans and files documentation of all received items to project network and file-sharing sites.
- Contributes to team tasks and keeps communication between production contractor and client.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Trade or Technical School preferred.
- 3 years’ experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education required.

- The work environment is the typical construction environment.
