This position will support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial, involving a broad range of labor and employment matters.

This position will support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial, involving a broad range of labor and employment matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with all phases of labor and employment litigation.
- Assist with case management from initial intake through trial.
- Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, exhibits, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Assist with discovery requests, responses, document review, and production.
- Coordinate case deadlines, calendars, filings, and litigation schedules.
- Organize and maintain case files and documents.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders.
- Conduct legal and factual research as requested.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
- Handle multiple cases and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably within a labor & employment practice.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management.
- Experience supporting cases from inception through trial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
