We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in managing active litigation matters, preparing cases for trial, and maintaining organized case files in a fast-paced legal environment.

- Perform administrative, clerical, and data entry tasks
- Manage attorney calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, meetings, and pre-depositions
- Maintain and organize legal documents using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
- E-file legal documents through the Texas E-Portal System
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and conferences
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and other legal documents
- Handle correspondence with parties and non-parties via email, mail, and certified mail
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and scheduling
- Set up Court Calls and Zoom hearings
- Support attorneys with additional litigation-related tasks as needed
- Bilingual Spanish
- Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal or legal assistant preferred
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing processes
- Experience with Texas E-Portal filing system is preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Detail-oriented with strong document management skills
