Work Arrangement
- Hybrid schedule
- Must be able to work onsite in Stamford and New Haven offices 3-4 days per week
- 1-2 remote workdays available
- Maintain and organize litigation case files
- Coordinate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel
- Track and manage legal deadlines and case calendars
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation support
- Support document management and case-related correspondence
- Ensure accuracy and organization throughout all stages of litigation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
- Prior litigation support experience is a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
