Role Description This is a full-time Litigation Paralegal role that will work in both our Stamford, CT and New Haven, CT offices with some hybrid work flexibility. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of complex plaintiffs’ litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, formatting, and organizing legal documents; reviewing and managing case files and exhibits; and conducting factual and legal research to support pleadings, motions, and trial strategy. The role involves coordinating and tracking discovery responses, managing document productions, and maintaining case management systems and calendars. The Litigation Paralegal will also communicate with clients, experts, co-counsel, and court personnel, assist with deposition and hearing preparation, and support attorneys during trials and evidentiary proceedings.

- 2 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred;
- Paralegal certificate or associate/bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
