About Ideal Candidate
- 3-15 years of litigation experience required. Creditor representation is strongly preferred (collection and defense). Real estate secured lender representation would fit well. Unlawful Detainer and Bankruptcy experience are definite pluses. They would love someone with experience taking depositions, drafting pleadings, making court appearances, direct client communication, etc. Self-Motivated. They do not micromanage their people. You must be able to work autonomously.
- Customer Service Oriented: A good litigation attorney will need to balance difficult clients as well as opposing counsel to get the case resolved. The art of client communication is as important as the attorney competency necessary to handle the case.
- Solutions Oriented: Their clients want solutions. They want them to figure out how to strategically handle their matter from beginning to end, not a list of roadblocks. Figuring out solutions to tough problems is why their clients love us.
- Required Experience: 3-15 years of litigation experience. Real estate litigation is a plus.
- License/Certification: CA Bar membership
