The Role
We are seeking a California-licensed attorney with 5 or more years of litigation experience. This is an in person position. You will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse and challenging litigation caseload.
- Leading discovery, taking/defending depositions, and handling heavy motion practice.
- Appearing in court and zealously advocating for clients in negotiations and ADR.
- Developing and executing winning case strategies (with the assistance of the partners and other attorneys as we all maintain a very collegial open-door policy).

- Experienced: You have at least 5 years of solid litigation experience
- Aggressive & Strategic: You play to win, but you play smart. You have a "hunter" mentality when it comes to discovery and motion practice.
- Autonomous: You are comfortable running your own files and making decisions, though you appreciate having a collaborative team to bounce ideas off of.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in your work product and don't miss the nuances that win cases.
