Responsibilities
- Handle medical malpractice, commercial, and general litigation matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Assist with case strategy and litigation preparation.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as experience allows.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
- Analyze complex legal issues and develop practical litigation strategies.
