Associate Attorney - Personal Injury/Civil Litigation

We are seeking a 1 to 5 years experienced Associate Attorney to join the team. Practice area: Plaintiff Catastrophic Injury and Asbestos Litigation. Gain courtroom experience, depositions, trial preparation, direct client contact, and mentorship in high stakes plaintiff litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and advance litigation files through all stages of the case.
• Meet with clients and witnesses and investigate claims to develop evidence.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in trial preparation and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
• Appear in court for hearings and collaborate with partners on litigation strategy.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 1 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to deadlines and case details.
• Demonstrated work ethic, professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn.
