- Manage and advance litigation files through all stages of the case.
- Meet with clients and witnesses and investigate claims to develop evidence.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in trial preparation and trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
- Appear in court for hearings and collaborate with partners on litigation strategy.
- Licensed to practice law or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
- 1 to 5 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to deadlines and case details.
