Seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a plaintiff-side litigation practice focused on catastrophic injury and asbestos matters. The attorney will have meaningful responsibility from day one, including direct client contact, depositions, courtroom appearances, and complex litigation and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and advance litigation matters.
- Meet with clients and witnesses.
- Investigate claims and develop evidence.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Appear at court hearings.
- Assist with litigation strategy and case development.
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial.
- Conduct factual investigations and witness interviews.
- Licensed to practice law or eligible for admission in Kentucky.
- 1-5 years of litigation experience. (Personal Injury Prefered)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and initiative.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a trial attorney.

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
