Our client is seeking a 4-7 years experienced Litigation Associate Attorney in Employment & General Litigation to join their San Francisco team, handling complex employment disputes and wage/hour class actions with hands-on litigation exposure.

- Manage litigation through all phases: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses, including dispositive motions.
- Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and appear at hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Support wage/hour, PAGA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases; advise on employment compliance.
- Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy, case themes, and coordinate experts for trial or mediation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active California Bar membership.
- 4-7 years litigation experience, including employment and business litigation.
- Experience with wage/hour disputes, class actions, PAGA matters, and employee handbook review.
- Skilled in legal research, drafting, oral advocacy, and deposition preparation.
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork, and independent judgment.

Salary : $175,000 - $210,000
