Key Responsibilities
- Seeking an experienced Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish within the healthcare, K-12, and higher education sectors.
- This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.
- The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from project initiation through completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations
- Supervise subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain safe and efficient job sites
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to align project goals
- Enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture
- Apply experience in both new construction and renovation projects to resolve on-site challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Develop, maintain, and manage construction schedules, including short-interval production schedules
- 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Proven experience in healthcare, K-12, and/or higher education construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Experience with Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) project delivery is a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and integrity
