About The Role

Junge Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Site Lead/ Superintendent with a strong carpentry background. This position combines hands-on building with field leadership, overseeing crews and ensuring quality execution across active job sites.

What You'll Do

• Direct on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Work alongside crews performing carpentry tasks as needed
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and daily workflow
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Address issues in real time to keep projects on track
• Maintain daily logs, updates, and job records
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and internal team members
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of carpentry or construction experience
• Previous experience leading teams or supervising projects
• Ability to understand blueprints and technical documents
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and job site compliance
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  
  

Work Schedule

• Full-time hours, typically weekdays
• Occasional extended hours based on project timelines
