Overview

Junge Construction is hiring a Lead Carpenter / Working Superintendent to lead job site operations while performing hands-on carpentry work. This role is responsible for managing daily construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction site operations
• Supervise field crews and coordinate subcontractors
• Review and execute work based on blueprints and plans
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate materials delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Track progress and maintain project documentation
• Communicate with clients and project stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of carpentry experience
• Experience leading crews or managing job sites
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and codes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week depending on project needs
