Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of site supervision experience
- Must be competent in construction document reading
- Must be self-motivated and be able to lead construction crews
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have knowledge and experience in all phases of commercial building construction from layout to completion
- Must be willing to work with small tools, along with the crew to achieve set forth tasks
- Must be organized and detail oriented
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project on a daily basis to ensure quality construction
- Oversee and uphold safety expectations and requirements
- Oversee project activities such as sequencing, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and staffing
- Manage routine tasks such as timesheets, daily reports, equipment maintenance, building inspections, etc.
