Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential cases involving wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injuries, workplace retaliation, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.
- Present and promote the Firm's capabilities while managing client expectations and securing signed representation.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the intake process, including during evenings and weekends.
- Travel as needed to meet and sign potential clients in person.
- Guide prospective clients through each step of the intake process with professionalism and empathy.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to close clients through strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law.
- Deep understanding of pre-litigation and litigation processes in relevant practice areas.
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $200,000 based on experience, plus performance incentives.
