- Handle insurance defense matters in New Jersey state and federal courts.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Prepare client reports and discovery responses.
- Maintain accurate daily billable time entries.
- Handle commercial motor vehicle cases under a partner, with appropriate training and case-management support.
- Minimum 5 years of recent insurance defense experience.
- Active New Jersey Bar admission required.
- Strong deposition experience, including both conducting and defending depositions.
- Experience preparing client reports and discovery responses.
- Transportation litigation experience, particularly commercial motor vehicle cases, is a bonus.
