Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field service activities and support technicians/customers
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose industrial equipment issues
  • Review service reports and manage follow-ups
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
  • Support office and documentation tasks as needed
  • Travel extensively across the U.S. for service, maintenance, and startup projects

Requirements

  • 5 years of industrial field service experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring technicians
  • Knowledge of PLC/HMI troubleshooting preferred
  • Background in HVAC, burners, fans/blowers, thermal systems, or industrial equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with 50-90% travel

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
