- Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
- Advise clients on legal matters and develop effective legal strategies.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.
- Maintain organized case files, ensure compliance, and collaborate across practice areas.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
- Experience in Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Transactional Law.
- Strong legal research skills using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Excellent legal writing, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
