Responsibilities
- Handle creditors' rights litigation and related bankruptcy matters.
- Represent clients in proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Manage case files and support matters through all stages of litigation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the Delaware Bar.
- 2-5 years of litigation and/or creditors' rights experience.
- Experience with bankruptcy proceedings is strongly preferred.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary : $170,000 - $220,000
