Key Responsibilities
- Handle and assist with general litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Prepare, develop, and file legal documents and pleadings.
- Assist with tax appeals and land use/development matters.
- Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and legal matters.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Manage legal administration and case-related responsibilities.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S.-accredited law school.
- Active admission to practice law in New Jersey.
- 1-5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and information-management abilities.
- Strong client contact and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply new laws, statutes, and legal precedents.
- Strong organizational and legal administration skills.
- Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
