Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Meet with clients, insurance representatives, expert witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law.
- Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and deposition summaries.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Active license to practice law in Indiana.
- 0-4 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Insurance defense experience is a plus.
- Federal court experience is a plus.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
