Our client is seeking an 1-3 years experienced Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate and Wills & Estates practice, offering mentorship, courtroom exposure, bonus potential, and long-term growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle client matters, case management, and legal documentation from intake through resolution.
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and related legal proceedings.
Manage direct client communication while providing professional legal guidance.
Assist with real estate transactions, title-related matters, and property law issues.
Support wills, estates, and related legal matters while collaborating closely with the lead attorney.
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Bar license or pending admission required.
1-3 years of legal experience preferred; small-firm experience is a plus.
Experience or demonstrated interest in real estate law preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with sound professional judgment.
Reliable, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a mentorship-driven environment.
