Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its plaintiff litigation practice. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, including managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, maintaining client communications, and appearing in court. Responsibilities also include supporting multidistrict litigation (MDL) matters, coordinating litigation strategy with attorneys and staff, supervising paralegals and legal assistants, and managing a high-volume caseload.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Newly barred candidates are encouraged to apply .
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Missouri or Illinois Bar preferred)
- 0-3 years of litigation or personal injury experience
- Experience with discovery and motion practice preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and case management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment
