Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal matters and provide strategic guidance.
- Maintain strong communication and rapport with clients.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop case strategies.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Knowledge and experience of Alaska family law.
- Admission to the Alaska Bar and in good standing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistent and predictable patience.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and precisely meet deadlines.
- Works and plays well with others.
