Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX/Pittsburgh, PA is $145k - $50k/year & benefits (see below).
Role: Pega Developer/Lead
Key Responsibilities:
• Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement BPM (Business Process Management) solutions using the Pega Platform
• Design and develop Pega applications, workflows, and user interfaces based on business requirements.
• Configure case types, data models, decision rules, and integrations within Pega.
• Implement business logic using Pega rules (Activities, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Flows).
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, and other connectors.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support UAT and production deployments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC (latest versions preferred).
- Knowledge of Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Smart Dispute, etc.).
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies for integration.
- Familiarity with SOAP/REST services, XML, JSON.
- Understanding of BPM concepts, case management, and workflow automation.
