This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect, based in Dallas, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Pega Lead Decisioning Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega Decisioning solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, developing decisioning strategies, configuring Pega Decisioning components, and ensuring best practices. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and staying updated with the latest Pega technologies.
- Experience with Pega Decisioning, Business Rules, and Predictive Analytics
- Skills in Pega 7.x/8.x, Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
- Knowledge of Pega Marketing Framework, Customer Retention Strategies
- Experience in Pega Design and Architecture, Application Development
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification as a Pega Lead System Architect (PLSA) is preferred
- Experience in the finance or healthcare sectors is a plus
