Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Pega Lead Application Developer with strong expertise in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) and experience designing and implementing Next Best Action (NBA) strategies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, ensure compliance with Pega implementation standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Pega CDH.
• Manage and maintain the Proposition/Offer Matrix and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design and implement Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) and predictive models for decision strategies.
• Develop and optimize Next Best Action (NBA) strategies to drive personalized engagement.
• Review and validate implementations for adherence to Pega and coding standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and smooth deployment across environments.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and offshore team members.
• Work with Business, Marketing, IT, and PMO teams to translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability throughout the design and development phases.
• Provide regular project updates and participate in status calls across global teams (US working hours).
• Support post-production monitoring, utilization analysis, and reporting.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 24.1 and Pega CDH.
• Proficiency in NBA Designer, Pega PRPC technologies, and Pega DSM (Decision Management).
• Strong knowledge of ADM, predictive modeling, and 1:1 customer engagement optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, and DevSecOps concepts.
• Proven experience in agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT systems experience.
• Pega Certifications:
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) and/or
• Certified Pega Marketing Consultant (CPMC)
