Our challenge
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead – Security Hub Platform to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade integrations supporting a centralized Security Hub ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for establishing an integration-first, event-driven architecture enabling telemetry ingestion, data normalization, event correlation, workflow orchestration, and automated remediation across the Data Private Cloud (DPC) platform.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API development, cloud-native systems, and security platforms, along with a strong ability to lead complex integration initiatives across distributed systems. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and security operations teams to ensure Security Hub operates as the authoritative system of record for security findings.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $130k – $140k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
Integration Architecture & Design
- Design and implement event-driven integration architecture supporting Security Hub operations
- Define integration patterns, API standards, data exchange models, and messaging flows
- Develop integration roadmaps aligned with phased delivery strategies
- Ensure integrations are scalable, resilient, secure, and audit-ready
Enterprise & DPC Integrations
- Lead integration design and implementation across platforms such as:
- Keycloak, Ranger, OpenShift APIs
- Kafka, LGTM, StorageGRID, DataHub
- Vault / Venafi
- ServiceNow
- Enterprise observability, monitoring, and logging platforms
Telemetry & Data Pipeline Enablement
- Design and implement telemetry ingestion, normalization, and correlation pipelines
- Build event processing and message routing frameworks
- Define standardized security event data models
- Ensure reliable, traceable, and ordered data flows across distributed systems
- Enable centralized visibility and orchestration capabilities
Workflow Orchestration & Automation
- Develop integration services enabling automated remediation workflows
- Support ServiceNow-based incident routing and workflow orchestration
- Enable AI-assisted triage and response workflows
- Create reusable APIs, connectors, and integration services
Security Hub System of Record Enablement
- Establish Security Hub as the authoritative source for security findings
- Design data synchronization, reconciliation, and lifecycle workflows
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, retention, and audit compliance
Testing & Validation
- Develop integration test strategies and validation frameworks
- Lead end-to-end testing and performance validation
- Ensure resiliency, failover readiness, and system reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects and production issues
Operational Readiness
- Develop runbooks, documentation, and support models
- Support production deployment, cutover, and hypercare phases
- Lead knowledge transfer and operational handoffs
Requirements:
Experience
- 10 years of experience in integration, middleware, API, or enterprise application integration
- 5 years leading complex, large-scale integration initiatives
- Proven experience implementing enterprise integration platforms
- Strong background in cloud-native and event-driven architectures
Technical Skills
- API Design & Development (REST, JSON, XML)
- Kafka and event streaming platforms
- Event-Driven Architecture & Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Microservices Architecture

- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience building event-driven workflow orchestration systems
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation and intelligent workflows
