Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications that support commercial real estate loan servicing, asset management, reporting, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft technologies, API development, database design, and modern application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications supporting loan servicing and financial operations.
- Develop and enhance web applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external banking systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Front-End Development
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Build reusable React components and implement state management solutions.
- Integrate React applications with .NET Core REST APIs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize front-end performance and application scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 7 years of experience in .NET application development.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Preferred Skills
- Banking, Financial Services, Commercial Lending, or Loan Servicing experience.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services.
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
- Familiarity with security frameworks including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
