Client Partner IT Services- Fintech, AI, Digital Transformation

Location: Birmingham, AL

Role Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand market presence within the Financial Services sector. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, and partnering with senior client stakeholders on digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, modernization, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Develop account strategies, map client organizations, and expand existing and new client relationships.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, account management, and global resourcing teams to develop winning solutions.
• Conduct client needs assessments and articulate compelling value propositions for technology and consulting services.
• Represent Synechron at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
• Maintain market intelligence on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in IT Services sales, consulting, or technology solutions selling.
• Proven track record of generating new revenue and successfully closing large consulting or technology engagements.
• Experience selling IT services and digital transformation solutions to Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services clients.
• Strong network within the financial services industry and ability to engage senior executives.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI/ML, modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global teams.

Preferred

• Experience working with large global investment banks or financial institutions.
• Technical background or prior technology consulting experience.
