Our challenge

AI Prompt Engineer, spearheading AI-driven transformation within our engineering teams. You’ll collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to integrate AI tools into the SDLC, boosting productivity and efficiency through prompt engineering and AI adoption.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX is $95-105k/year & benefits (see below)..

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop prompts for user stories, acceptance criteria, test scripts, and code refactoring.
• Maintain a centralized prompt library for engineering teams.
• Integrate AI into Agile workflows and support tool adoption.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize prompts continuously.
• Lead training sessions and provide hands-on support for AI-assisted development..

Requirements:

• Practical experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).
• Expertise in prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, BDD, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills..
• Experience with AI adoption initiatives and enterprise tooling.
• Knowledge of code quality tools and DevSecOps practices.
