What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Syndicatebleu?
We’re partnering with a leading retail brand to bring on a Project Coordinator to support a high-impact, large-scale packaging rebrand across multiple product lines. This is an ASAP need for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and can effectively partner with design teams to ensure flawless execution.
📅 Duration: 3–6 months (potential to extend)
💰 Pay: $35/hr
📍 Location: On Site
📅 Schedule: 4 days/week (~32 hrs/week)
What You’ll Do:
- Support end-to-end coordination of a major packaging rebrand (boxes, tags, and more)
- Review and QC a high volume of design files to catch errors before production
- Organize and manage large datasets across spreadsheets and tracking tools (~3,500 files)
- Format and prepare files for print vendor handoff on tight timelines
- Partner closely with design and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with design teams or creative assets
- Comfortable managing large volumes of files and data
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Airtable is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
