Influencer Earned Coordinator (Contract) | Gifting & Seeding Programs
We’re partnering with a globally recognized consumer brand seeking an Influencer Earned Coordinator to support high-volume creator gifting and seeding initiatives. This is a hands-on, executional role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple campaigns from concept through completion.
LOCATION: Los Angeles - On Site
DURATION: ASAP - December
PAY: $25–30/hr (DOE)
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end execution of influencer gifting and seeding campaigns across multiple brands
- Build and vet creator lists aligned to brand safety, audience, and campaign goals
- Lead ideation for gifting kits, including product selection and unboxing experience
- Manage all fulfillment logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Track and report on earned content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Compile campaign recaps, including reach, engagement, and performance insights
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, PR, and legal teams to ensure alignment and approvals
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or creator partnerships
- Hands-on experience with gifting, seeding, or mailer programs
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with tools like Captiv8, Aspire, GRIN, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
