Our client, an association management company, is looking to hire an Association Manager on a temp to perm basis, ASAP!
- Responsibilities
- Serve as primary staff liaison to assigned client boards and committees
- Support board leadership in strategic planning and implementation
- Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with client boards
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting
- Analyze membership data and trends using AMS platforms
- Develop sponsorship packages aligned with conference, program, and annual partnership goals
- Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans
- Utilize AMS platforms for reporting, membership tracking, and engagement
- Plan and execute annual conferences and meetings
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of direct association management experience
- Experience working in an Association Management Company (AMC) environment preferred
- Proven experience managing boards and volunteer leaders
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Experience using Cvent (or similar event management software)
