Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven initiatives across a large, complex organization. This role will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of multiple AI programs, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
This is a 6 month temp role ONSITE in El Segundo, CA.
Pay: $63–$115/hour
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI programs, from planning through execution
- Align AI initiatives with business goals and track overall impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Drive product strategy, ideation, and development of AI-powered solutions
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep programs on track
- Support change management, including training and user adoption
- Serve as the main point of contact for AI-related programs
What We’re Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in program or product management (IT or tech-focused)
- Strong experience leading large-scale, complex projects (AI or cloud preferred)
- Background working with SaaS or cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or MS Project
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to business
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required (advanced degree or certifications a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with generative AI or enterprise AI platforms
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
