Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish) – Immigration Services
Location: Wichita, KS Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

About the Role: Our client, a well-known non-profit organization, is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to support their Immigration Services team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right bilingual administrative candidate who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and admit visitors to the building
- Announce the arrival of scheduled clients to appropriate staff
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and distribute messages
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Coordinate and maintain staff calendars, including attorney visit scheduling
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in basic computer applications and general office equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
