Position: Senior Inventory and Warehousing Manager
Location: Onsite in Austin, TX
Type: Direct Hire - FTE

We’re looking for a Sr. Inventory and Warehousing Manager to oversee all aspects of parts and product inventory, including tracking, storage, and transportation. This leader will manage large-scale inventory flows, implement scalable systems, and drive automation and process improvements to optimize efficiency, safety, and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory accuracy and availability through collaboration with procurement, planning, and quality teams, including forecasting, vendor coordination, and loss reduction.
- Lead warehouse and logistics teams, set goals, assign tasks, and manage performance.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and incoming quality inspections
- Maintain clear documentation and training materials.
- Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements for accurate tracking and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement of KPIs.
- Manage inventory cycle counts to support financial reporting and operational accuracy.
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in supply chain, inventory, or project management
- Experience with ERP or enterprise-level tracking systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Excel, database, and data analysis skills, with ability to translate insights into actions
- Experience optimizing inventory processes, semi-automation, or order management improvements
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable leading in ambiguous environments while managing strategic and tactical initiatives
