About The Role
Our Cleveland team is currently hiring a Business Development Associate to support client marketing campaigns and help grow customer accounts through direct customer engagement and sales efforts. Engage with customers in retail or event-based environments to introduce client products and services
Assist customers with product information, promotions, and account enrollment
Generate new customer acquisitions through face-to-face sales interactions
Support marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and performance goals
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Reliable transportation to local work locations
Base pay plus performance bonuses
Paid training in sales, marketing, and business development
Hands-on experience working with established client brands
