What You'll Do:
- Target and book strategic meetings with key decision-makers, including Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and VPs of Operations at senior living organizations.
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and post-conference follow-ups.
- Assess prospect needs, qualify decision-makers, and hand off clean, warm opportunities to Account Executives.
- Live in HubSpot to track every touchpoint, maintain data integrity, and keep the pipeline accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in senior care, home health, hospice, post-acute care, or medical alert / nurse-call systems.
- A proactive, self-starter drive—you love dialing, enjoy booking meetings, and never wait around for inbound leads.
- Comfort and confidence speaking directly with healthcare operators and navigating past gatekeepers.
- Strong organizational habits with strict discipline around CRM tracking and timely follow-ups.
