SYMS Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator. This person would ideally assist the Project Managers with providing oversight of on-site engineering installation projects. The Project Coordinator's responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as taking minutes, preparing invoices, building estimates, and scheduling meetings as needed. This role is also key in assisting our Project Manager at meetings.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager on projects and sites.
Travel to job sites for meetings with the client and project team.
Document meeting minutes.
Handle monthly and quarterly reports.
Communicate with clients regarding project needs and goals.
Contribute to the planning and development of projects.
Overseeing procurement tasks and receiving incoming materials.
Living a culture of on-site safety is a must.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Korean) professional proficiency is preferred.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.
Familiarity with using MS Project.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related area of study.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
