- Material Management
- Coordinate material requirements, delivery, and storage of construction materials.
- Monitor inventory and prevent material shortages or overstock.
- Maintain material receiving reports and stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage to prevent damage, theft, or wastage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Site Security Management
- Supervise security personnel and gate control operations.
- Implement access control procedures for labor, visitors, and vehicles.
- Monitor material movement in and out of the site.
- Investigate and report theft, damage, or security breaches if needed.
- Maintain incident logs and coordinate with local authorities if necessary.
- Administrative Coordination
- Manage site office operations and documentation.
- Maintain attendance records of site staff and workers.
- Coordinate accommodation, utilities, and site facilities.
- Support contractor documentation and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
- Community & Local Liaison
- Act as the primary contact between project management and local community representatives.
- Coordinate local workforce hiring when applicable.
- Maintain positive relations with local leaders and authorities.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare weekly reports on material status, security issues, and community matters.
- Escalate risks or disputes to project management in a timely manner.
- Experience: 10 years
