Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in construction, remodeling, or home improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management software/tools.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Experience in cabinetry, countertops, or home renovation industries.
- Familiarity with design software like 2020 Design.
- Manage all phases of cabinet and countertop projects—from initial planning to final completion.
- Coordinate with sales, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scopes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Maintain organized project documentation and support internal reporting.
- Identify and manage risks, resolving challenges before they impact the timeline or outcome.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet both company standards and client expectations.
- Support the multi-family sales team in achieving sales and profit objectives.
- Organize, update and maintain Multi-Family estimate log(s)
- Available and willing to work overtime as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to sit at a desk for periods of time
- Ability to work in an open office environment
- Ability to walk or stand for short periods
- Availability to work 8 hours per day and additional hours as needed Monday - Friday
- Availability to start work before regular shift and remain after shift
