Your role
A. Facilitates the entire shipping process. This includes VL10 Functions, maintaining all pertinent paperwork and handling of traffic coordination.
B. Runs VL10 report and research / expedites accordingly. Includes significant interaction with other departments when needed.
C. When needed will attend supply chain meetings pertinent to on-time shipping and order issues if GL and Supervisor are unavailable.
D. Schedule’s shipments using assigned 3PL portals, also will input ASN’s,RTS and other related tasks
E. Reviews routing to ensure that all shipments are picked up on time and by the carrier assigned.
Other Functions: Additional tasks as assigned.
About you
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
- An Associates degree in Business Administration, Logistics or other related field or five years in the fragrance and flavor industry is desired.
- Self motivated individual with strong problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
- Expertise of Shipping / Receiving systems as well as Microsoft Office software.
- Experience using SAP is preferred.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected gross hourly rate for this position is USD 50000.00 – USD 58000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
