Essential Job DutiesSupport daily logistics office operations, including receiving and shipping schedules, order processing, and accurate data entry.Track and process import documentation and coordinate communication for shipments.Monitor inventory levels and schedule export shipments.Perform general logistics administrative duties as needed.Report inventory discrepancies and status updates to Sales; assist with inventory research and control.Follow all safety policies and participate in required safety and quality training.Assist management with regulatory compliance efforts, including SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and AIB Gold standards.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications & Skills3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing or distribution.Experience with import/export processes and inventory control preferred.Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access), warehouse management systems, and ERP systems.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong math, analytical, and data entry skills; 10-key by touch.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage changing priorities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.Physical Job RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods in a warehouse office environment.Company DescriptionMALEKO PERSONNEL is the leader in specialized industrial, production, and logistics staffing.
