Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. This role works closely with Operations, Finance, and other departments to develop effective, data-driven business plans. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy
• Analyze shipping, delivery, and production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
• Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor and manage logistics activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain supply chain inventory levels, documentation, and records
• Train, mentor, and support supply chain and logistics staff
• Identify and implement cost-effective supply chain solutions
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or operational disruptions
• Collaborate with internal departments to support coordinated business growth
• Develop and enforce safety guidelines across all supply chain operations (e.g., truck and forklift use)
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Experience with relevant software (e.g., SAP MM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• High attention to detail
• Creative and effective problem-solving skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
