What You'll Do as the Supply Chain Manager:

• Oversee procurement of raw materials, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Manage internal and off-site warehouses to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Coordinate shipping and transportation logistics, including freight pricing and scheduling.
• Communicate with plant leadership on stock availability, shipment dates, and production needs.
• Implement inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts.
• Negotiate vendor contracts in collaboration with corporate purchasing.
• Lead and develop your team through coaching, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Apply manufacturing techniques such as JIT and MRPII to optimize operations.
• Maintain 24-hour emergency availability for critical supply chain needs.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• APICS certification (CPIM or CRM) preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
