Shape the future of automated warehousingAt Symbotic, you’ll keep a highly automated, robotics-driven material handling system performing at its peak. As a Robotics & AS/RS Reliability Technician, you’ll become the resident authority on our automated adapters, vertical lifts, robotic arms, and the fleet of automated robotic vehicles that power our customers’ operations.A day in this roleYou start your shift surveying system health through the CMMS, prioritizing inspections across the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS). You’ll fine-tune adapters and lifts, verify calibration on robotic subsystems, and clear any anomalies that stall robotic vehicles using schematics, wiring diagrams, and advanced test equipment. Throughout the day, you’ll adjust, repair, replace, or modify components to sustain continuous operation and maximize throughput across manual inbound, automatic inbound, and automatic outbound flows.When production is impacted, you’ll communicate clearly with operations and leadership—outlining the issue, the corrective plan, and the time to recover.
