What You Will doPerforms daily plant maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and all other related functions on various industrial equipment. Set-up and adjust machines to ensure proper operation.How You Will Make an ImpactBoiler, Ammonia, HVAC and Compressor experience required (will train if have some and not all experience)Must have a broad understanding of industrial electrical, 24V – 480V, 3 phase, mechanical, and building systemsAdvanced machine experience, skills, and knowledge required. Ability to identify, assess, and troubleshoot issues that arise with machinery and related systems.Ability to use standard and specialized hand and power tools and measuring equipment i.e., ultra-sonic, predictive maintenance toolsAbility to perform preventative and routine maintenance, changeovers, and installation of motors, belts, drives, and other mechanical systemsGood understanding of computer program functionalityStrong knowledge of food safety and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)Ability to read and understand process flow and piping diagrams. PNIDMust be comfortable accessing the facility roof, using extension ladders, man lifts, and scissor liftsMulti weather exposure requiredSuccessfully passing a respirator fit test requiredWork Experience RequirementsMinimum of 5 years working in an industrial environment in related capacityEducation RequirementsMust have a minimum of a high school diploma or GEDTechnical college degree or vocational training in PLC/Electrical technology preferred
